Chibi Norway from Hetalia

A Hetalia Nordics cosplayer drew for my birthday a character I cosplayed, so I finally drew this for her in return and as a birthday present.

These are the steps I took:
1) Draw the picture in pencil while referring to pictures of Norway.
2) Trace over the lines with a very fine-tip black marker.
3) Erase the pencil lines.
4) Color with coloring pencils.
5) Scan it into the computer.
6) Polish drawing on Photoshop.

Once again, I apologize for such a bad drawing.  I really struggled with it, and so much erasing and redrawing smudged the paper.  My unsteady hands and limited choice of colors didn't help.
