Plum Blossom Donut Plushies

After learning to make a donut plushie at PMX 2013, I have continued to make more of them for gifts and entertainment.  I made these plum blossom donut plushies for some friends' birthdays.

Here are the steps I took for the plum blossom plushies:
1) Cut out the donut shape from two pieces of tan felt.
2) Trace and cut out the plum blossom shape on pink felt.
3) Stitch the 3 pieces of felt together at the donut's center.
4) Sew the plum blossom layer onto the middle layer.
5) Sew on the yellow and pink beads around the center hole.
6) Stitch the side of the donut partway.
7) Stuff the donut with old scraps of fabric.
8) Finish sewing the donut up.

As usual, it was a big struggle cutting three pieces of felt at once.  Then my poor skills and judgment and inability to cut straight caused the whole thing to be very messy and uneven.  Financial and space constraints led to my lack of supplies, tools, and equipment, which contributed to this turning out badly.
